At MAKOTO_JDM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment remains in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all JDM-inspired hangtags and protective bags are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receipt.
